For Ghana April 2027 packages, the package covers round-trip economy flights from Accra to Guangzhou and back, China visa processing, hotel stay with breakfast, travel insurance, airport pickup and transportation, Canton Fair access, factory visits, supplier matching, sourcing guidance, interpreter support, sightseeing, networking activities, a welcome kit, T-shirt, and post-trip support. International participants receive the business sourcing program, but they arrange and pay separately for their own flights, China visa, travel insurance, airport pickup, and transportation.

Ghana VIP includes round-trip economy flight from Accra to Guangzhou and back, China visa processing support, travel insurance, 4-star hotel accommodation with daily breakfast, airport meet and greet, airport pickup, scheduled ground transportation during the program, Canton Fair access support, factory visits, showroom visits, supplier matching, professional sourcing guide, interpreter support, pre-trip orientation, welcome kit, guided sightseeing, business networking, Benguy Travels T-shirt, social media coverage, and post-trip support. The VIP upgrade also adds a personal sourcing strategy session before the trip, priority supplier introductions, deeper product and supplier matching, enhanced supplier verification, negotiation support, extra factory or showroom appointments where available, priority team assistance, and extended supplier follow-up after the trip.

International VIP includes the premium business sourcing support: personal sourcing strategy, Canton Fair guidance, factory and showroom visits, guide and interpreter support during scheduled program activities, priority supplier introductions, deeper supplier matching, enhanced supplier verification, negotiation guidance, networking support, and extended post-trip supplier follow-up. Flight, China visa, travel insurance, airport pickup, and transportation are not included for International VIP, so those are arranged separately by the participant.

October 2027 and April 2027 reservations are open. A $1,500 deposit is required per booking. Payment timing for your selected mission will be confirmed during onboarding.

April 2027 final payment timing will be confirmed during onboarding. Ghana visa processing begins only after full payment.

If a payment deadline is missed, your place may no longer be guaranteed. We recommend completing payments on time so your reservation and travel process are not affected.

No. Your reservation is only considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Refund eligibility depends on when the cancellation is confirmed and whether flights, hotels, visa processing, or vendor services have already been booked. Benguy Travels will confirm the April 2027 refund timeline during onboarding before travel arrangements are finalized.

The visa processing fee is non-refundable because processing costs have already been incurred. All other payments will be refunded within 14 business days.

If Benguy Travels cancels the April 2027 program, participant payments will be reviewed and refunded according to the confirmed April 2027 onboarding terms.

Name transfers may be allowed before travel arrangements are finalized. Benguy Travels will confirm the April 2027 transfer window and any administrative fee during onboarding.

Yes. April 2027 International Standard is $3,200 shared, $4,000 single, or $6,200 total for 2, and International VIP is $4,400 shared, $5,200 single, or $8,300 per couple. International participants arrange and pay separately for their own China visa, flights, travel insurance, airport pickup, and transportation.

Every participant must hold a passport valid for at least 6 months and a valid China visa by the time they travel. Ghana applicants complete the Benguy Ghana visa form after deposit confirmation, prepare 6 passport-size pictures that meet China visa photo requirements, and indicate whether they have traveled to China before. Ghana applicants only: for China Sourcing Mission 2026, submit your original valid passport, six (6) passport-size photographs, and a printout of your visa application information directly to Sally at Benguy Travels as soon as possible. International applicants do not complete the Benguy Ghana visa form because they are responsible for their own China visa, airport pickup, and transportation.

Yes. April 2027 offers shared, single, and couples packages. Ghana Standard is $4,000 shared, $4,500 single, or $7,600 per couple. Ghana VIP is $6,000 shared, $6,800 single, or $11,000 per couple. International Standard is $3,200 shared, $4,000 single, or $6,200 total for 2. International VIP is $4,400 shared, $5,200 single, or $8,300 per couple. Couples share one private room and pay one $1,500 deposit.
