Payment Timeline

Your place is secured by the $1,500 deposit. Payment timelines for your selected mission and final deadlines will be confirmed with each applicant during onboarding. Couples pay one deposit for both spots.

Cancellation Options

Clear Refund Windows Before You Reserve.

Before travel arrangements are confirmed Refund review

Refund eligibility is reviewed based on payment timing and whether hotels, flights, visa support, or supplier appointments have already been committed.

After a reservation is confirmed Deposit terms apply

The $1,500 deposit secures planning and coordination. Any refund request is reviewed against supplier, hotel, and travel commitments already made.

After travel services are booked Vendor costs may apply

Flights, hotels, visa support, and supplier arrangements may become non-refundable once booked or confirmed with vendors.

Late cancellations may not be eligible for refund once group logistics and travel arrangements are finalized.

Additional cancellation options and notes
  • Name transfer requests may be reviewed before final travel arrangements are locked in. A $150 administration fee may apply.
  • Flights become non-refundable once booked. Any airline cancellation charge is deducted from an applicable refund.
  • If one person in a couples booking cancels, the remaining participant moves to the single-room rate and the difference is applied to the refund calculation.
  • If a visa is denied by Chinese authorities, the visa processing fee is non-refundable, but all other eligible payments are refunded within 14 business days.
  • If Benguy Travels cancels the April program, eligible participant payments are refunded within 14 business days.
