Ghana VIP: includes round-trip economy flight from Accra to Guangzhou and back, China visa processing support, travel insurance, 4-star hotel accommodation with daily breakfast, airport meet and greet, airport pickup, scheduled ground transportation during the program, Canton Fair access support, factory visits, showroom visits, supplier matching, professional sourcing guide, interpreter support, pre-trip orientation, welcome kit, guided sightseeing, business networking, Benguy Travels T-shirt, social media coverage, and post-trip support. It also adds a personal sourcing strategy session before the trip, priority supplier introductions, deeper supplier matching, enhanced verification, negotiation support, extra factory or showroom appointments where available, priority team assistance, and extended follow-up after the trip.

International VIP: includes the premium sourcing support, Canton Fair guidance, factory and showroom visits, guide and interpreter support during scheduled program activities, priority supplier introductions, enhanced verification, negotiation guidance, networking support, and extended supplier follow-up. Flight, China visa, travel insurance, airport pickup, and transportation are not included.
